Delivery and payment methods
We use TNT or GLS as our shipping partners. The shipping rates are calculated on each order from a direct online calculation from TNT.
- EUR 29.50 per bicycle wheel size from 22 inches.
- EUR 15.00 for childrens bikes with a wheel size of up to 20 inches, bicycle racks, bicycle / exercise bikes, baby carts.
- EUR 7.50 for accessories for bicycle racks, or childrens bikes / trainer bike orders.
- For a COD option applies a surcharge of EUR 12,50
Note: there are no delivery charges for products which are charged, this is expressed by the product.
Transfers
Do you have your order delivered fast, go for a transfer.
You make the total - under your order! - To ING bank account 43.42.575
tnv Wieler House De Heij BV in Heerlen. Upon receipt of your payment we will ship the bike.
Some bikes have a longer delivery time.
It is therefore advisable to first wait for the information about the delivery status to you before payment.

PAYPAL
PayPal is safe and smart online payment method. Through our cooperation with the Dutch bank can easily and free at home and abroad with a bank account to pay. You can also contact us with your credit card.
A PayPal account is free when you pay. When you pay with PayPal, we ask for a fee.

Self Pickup (no shipping)
You can also choose your order with our pick. An advantage of this method is that you pay no shipping.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to agree when the order comes out.
Payment by bank card is our preference, (often the limit of your payment is only EUR 2500, - when in doubt call your bank)
Cash payment is of course also possible (Euro)
